Getting into VR can be costly, especially if you don't already have a gaming PC. A stand-alone solution like the Oculus Go can be more affordable and much more portable. Speaking of, you can now grab a Go VR headset from several retailers in the UK and Europe (it was previously only available through the official Oculus site). In euros the price is 220 for the 32 GB model and 270 for the 64 GB one. In pounds it's £200 and £250 respectively. Check out a few of the retailers that offer the headset.
