The JioPhone 2 was just unveiled - an INR 3,000 ($44/€37) phone with a hardware QWERTY keyboard and KaiOS (the Firefox-based featurephone platform). The phone will be available from August 15 with WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube apps out of the box. The connectivity features of the handset are quite impressive. It's a dual-SIM phone with VoLTE and VoWi-Fi support, it has 150Mbps LTE, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi and FM radio. The rest of the JioPhone 2 hardware is nothing special.
