Samsung is launching the Galaxy Note9 on August 9. The date is a bit earlier than usual, but this is due to the poor Galaxy S9 performance on the market. The Korean company has just opened pre-orders (also called reservations) on its US website, sweetening the deal with $450 savings when you trade your current smartphone. Samsung does not specify this is the Galaxy Note9, but the visuals suggest this is indeed the phablet. You can enter name, email and ZIP code to reserve a unit for you.
