Oppo unveiled its Watch on March 6 and today it's releasing it in China with its custom OS, ECG sensor and attractive price tags. Oppo Watch has a square AMOLED screen which is either 1.6" or 1.9" in diagonal, depending on the variant. There are two buttons on the side of the aluminum casing and a selection of rubber bands. On the inside, Oppo equipped the Watch with Snapdragon Wear 2500, 8 GB RAM and an eSIM slot.
