Today Oppo has showcased a smartphone, called Oppo Ace Infinity. According to the company, it will arrive with FreeVOOC air-recharging technology which can achieve a stable charging power of 5-10W within 10 meters. There's even a short promo video, explaining the technology a bit. The video says the Free VOOC coil is embedded in the rim of the Ace Infinity. There is an absorption layer, a conversion layer and a conductive material that essentially keeps the battery charged forever. The company calls this "the future of wireless charging" and what better time to announce this...
