Xiaomi has certified a new 55W fast charger at CCC (also known as 3C) and prolific leakster Digital Chat Station is suggesting it will make its way to Redmi phones, as well as Xiaomi flagships. The power adapter’s model number is MDY-12-EQ, which is an evolution over previous bricks, and it will support the fast-charging rate with 11V at 5A. Xiaomi has a wide range of power adapters that support plenty of new and old standards.
