OnePlus, the totally independent brand that has nothing to do with Oppo, has announced its Chinese units will switch from HydrogenOS to ColorOS, starting with the 9 series that will debut tomorrow. The announcement arrived on OnePlus community forums, but a staff member assured the global devices will stick to OxygenOS. HydrogenOS is a bit different from OxygenOS, mainly because it lacks Google services and is adapted to the Chinese market.
