Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 and Watch3 get system improvements with new updates

Both are based on Tizen 5.5.0.2, but the update for the Watch Active2 comes with build number R820XXU1DUD1, while the firmware for the Watch3 has version R840XXU1BUD2.
