After releasing on Samsung's new Galaxy Watch4 smartwatches, the YouTube Music app was still missing from all the other Wear OS smartwatches that preceded. You see, ever since Google Play Music was replaced by YouTube Music, the Wear OS companion app was discontinued along with it, and Wear OS wouldn't see a proper replacement for it until recently with Samsung's new smartwatches running Wear OS 3, and until now with other watches running Wear OS 2.X.
