With the latest update to the Apple Support app, Apple adds "relevant support options" for customers to describe an issue with their iPhone or iPad. The app opens up with a "Tell us what's happening" where you can briefly type what's wrong with your device and get relevant support options. Based on your description of the issue Apple Support will go as far as to quote you a price estimate for the repair. Mind you, this estimate will only be available in specific countries, and it may not be the final figure you'll pay upon completion of your repair. Source | Via
