As we've said multiple times, Samsung has gotten really good at issuing timely updates to big new Android versions for its devices, but it's not all roses - due to the sheer number of phones it launches each year, the process inevitably takes many, many months. Cue the fact that the Galaxy M22 launched in October of 2021 (when Android 12 was already official), is only now getting to the front of the line and finally receiving its taste of Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on top.
