We recently heard that vivo is planning to launch the X80 Pro+ globally in October, but that may not be the only device coming around then. Today the folks at Rootmygalaxy have discovered that the Chinese company has started firmware development for the vivo X80 Lite 5G with the model number V2208. Since there is no other info about it yet, it's likely still rather early in its development cycle, hence why the October launch makes sense. It would of course become the cheapest member of the X80 family, and it's interesting to see vivo going the Lite route - so far it's been much less...
