T-Mobile is introducing a new initiative that makes devices repairs better for its customers. T-Mobile is upgrading 500 of its retail stores to support in-store repairs performed by its certified Assurant experts. Assurant is the insurance company that provides T-Mobile's device protection plans. Starting on November 1, customers with the Protection 360 plan can use the T-Mobile Store Locator to find a location that offers in-store repairs.
