In an update tweeted by Apple analyst Ming Chi-Kuo, new MacBook Pro models will enter mass production in Q4 of 2022 and new M2 Pro chip may end up using 5nm process despite contradicting reports. New 14" and 16" MacBook Pro with new processors will enter mass production in 4Q22.
