Samsung has a more advanced camera app called Expert RAW that gives you more control over the cameras on the Galaxy S21 series, S22 series, and the Galaxy Fold3 (with support for the S20 Ultra, Note20 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold2 delayed). The app lets you shoot with any of the cameras on the device with full control of the shutter and ISO. The latest version of the Expert RAW app 2.0.00.3 expands support to the Galaxy Z Fold4.
